They designed the Willis Tower in Chicago and the One World Trade Centre, new world trade center. The estimated cost of the building id $ 1.5 billion. The design is inspired by the Islamic Architecture like spiral minaret, the Y shape design is best for the residential and hotel usage, maximum outward view and maximum inward natural light is possible with the structure.
What Dubai metro station near Burj Khalifa?
Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Metro Station 1 is the nearest metro station. The station is aprrox 1.2 Km away from the building. By foot one can reach the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Blvd in 15 minutes. By car or taxi the time period is only 5 minutes from the station.
